Let's take a look... at the Gallery
Here is the first official picture of Carl on his travels in India. I suspect that the horse is wooden, although I've been assured it's actually the horse who is posing with Carl, and not the other way round.
For the non-too-intuitive amongst you, the 'miniature' horse in
the background is actually fully grown, it's merely a product
of depth-perception, and indeed has all four legs rather than
the two depicted to our left. It does, however, have an extremely
short tail, that much we can be certain of.
Here is a picture of a bike.
In the background you'll notice Carl (next to the fella pretending
to be a pyramid). This photo was captured shortly after the young
Indian fella had exchanged the front wheel of this convertible
Reliant Robin for a camel.
Carl is not in this one (although I suspect you've noticed this). Rather, this completes a set of three pictures taken in India which emphasise the diversity of the land.
Looks like a shot from Deliverance, if you ask me. Let's hope
Carl managed to avoid squealing like a pig in this particular
scenario.
No, Steve hasn't got three hands, and Bill's hand isn't in Daz's beer. Yes, Bill is really that tall. And no, H isn't really (quite) that short.
And yes, they're all tanked up.
Well, I know you're expecting pictures from Carl's travels, but hey, who's Gallery is it, anyway?
Anyway, this is the famed Finings and Firkin, in Langley. Many a
beer and a bowl of gloup was consumed here in the Apollo days.
